Box 1230 �i Bozeman, MT 59771 RE: Final Closeout Approval for Contract MT-CDBG-05PF-01 -- The City of Bozeman Reach Work Center, Dear City Manager Kukulski: This letter serves as documentation of Final Closeout approval for the Montana Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Contract MT- CDBG-05PF-01 with the City of Bozeman for the construction of a new Reach Work Center for the Bozeman area developmentally disabled adults, partially funded by the Montana CDBG program. The original CDBG grant award under this contract was $500,000, and a total of$500,000 were expended on project activities. As the current Montana CDBG program liaison for this project I have reviewed the Project Completion Report that was submitted to the Montana CDBG office, including the Final Closeout Certification that Anna Rosenberry signed on October 11, 2007, and find that the information provided complies with state and federal CDBG closeout reporting requirements. Retention of Records: All CDBG-related records for this project must be retained for four (4) years from the date of this Final Closeout approval -- i.e., until February 27, 2016, The City of Bozeman, as the CDBG grant recipient, is considered to be the ultimate repository of files and records for this project, All essential project management files and related records should be in the possession of the City of Bozeman. i If you have any questions regarding this Final Closeout approval, please contact me at achananiaAmt.aov or(406) 841-2551.
