Letter of Support for Stoneridge Apartments-- Summit Housing Group, Inc.'s application to the Montana Board of Housing for low income housing tax credits Dear Mr. Keiper, We are looking forward to Summit Housing Group, Inc.'s development of Low Income Housing Tax Credit Apartments on Tschache Lane on Lot 5, Block 8 of the West Winds Subdivision Phases 2A& 2B in the City of Bozeman. We wholeheartedly support your efforts to provide new, affordable multifamily housing in this area of Bozeman. The City of Bozeman is experiencing continued growth and affordable housing has become in short supply. Your proposed forty unit project consisting of twenty 2 bedroom units and twenty 3 bedroom units will help meet the need of small and large families at or below 60% of the median income. With the increased cost of living in Bozeman, we feel that affordable housing of this type will address the needs of our community.
