Public Street and Utility Easement

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to Stacy Ulmen), of the partially
executed easement for the Public Street and Utility Easement for the
above referenced project. Engineering staff has reviewed the easements
and found them to be acceptable.
The Public Street and Utility Easement was included as a condition
of approval with the original annexation. The easements will provide
legal authority for public streets and the necessary utilities for West Kagy
Boulevard, South 19th Boulevard, South 11th Avenue, and Stucky Road
that are bound within this annexation. The first reading of the annexation
Commission Resolution No. 4367 is also submitted on this February 13th
Commission agenda.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
