Huemfner Minor
Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application No. P-11006 (Skelton)
Consider the motion: Having reviewed application materials, considered public comment and all information provided, I
hereby adopt the findings in the staff report and move to approve the preliminary plat application for the Huempfner Minor Subdivision as requested in application no. P-11006, authorizing
to subdivide 8.939 acres and create two industrial/commercial lots, subject to the conditions listed in the staff report.
Carnegie Parcels Request for Proposals (Fontenot)
Consider
the motion: I move to delay publishing the Request for Proposals and discuss an alternative (or alternatives) to the current process and direct staff to return to the City Commission
in approximately 30 days to seek approval of a revised process.
Award of Contract for Recreation and Aquatic Facility Feasibility Study (Dingman)
Consider the motion: I move to authorize
the City Manager to sign a contract with Comma-Q Architecture to conduct a Recreation/Aquatics feasibility study.
(Re)Appointments to the City-County Board of Health (Kissel)
Consider the motion: I move to re-appoint Berk Knighton as the joint city-county representative to the City-County Board
of Health.

Consider the motion: I move to (re)appoint up to one applicant as the city representative to the City-County Board of Health.

No formal City Commission meeting on January
30th due to the fifth Monday of the month. The City Commission will instead attend a work plan retreat. (Kissel)
