A. Call to Order—6:30 PM
B. Public Comment—Please state your name and address for the record. This provides the public with the
opportunity to comment on matters falling within the purview of the NURB. An opportunity will be provided for
the public to comment on Discussion and Action Items. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.
C. Consent
a. Approve minutes from 12/6/2011 meeting
D. Discussion
a. Brewery Wall Discussion—How will NURB participate in the preservation of the wall? (all)
ACTION: Consider of motion recommending the following funding considerations(list options)in support
of preserving the Brewery Fagade/Wall
b. City Commission 2012 Work Plan—Is there a recommendation the NURB would like to forward to the
City Commission? (all)
ACTION: Consider a motion recommending the following items(list items)be forwarded to the City
Commission for inclusion in their 2012 Work Plan.
c. Brown Building Restaurant Proposal
ACTION: Consider a motion forwarding a favorable recommendation for the Brown Building Restaurant
proposal at 600 N. Wallace Avenue to the Board of Adjustment.
d. Neighborhood News (all)
