* A Certificate of Appropriateness with a Re-use Application to allow the conversion of an
existing garage into an extended stay lodging facility.
2. Home Depot/Starbucks Coffee MODS #Z-07228A (Krueger/Johnson)
Northwest of the intersection of Tschache Lane and North 19th Avenue
* A request for modification to an approved plan to allow the construction of a 1,750
square foot building with indoor and outdoor seating as well as a drive through and
related site improvements.
