Consider the motion: I move to approve the executive session minutes of October 10th
and November 14th, 2011 and the regular minutes of November 7th and November 14th,
2011 as submitted.

1. Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims (LaMeres)
2. Authorize Street Department to enter into a municipal lease-to-own
agreement with Merchants Capital for a 2012 Elgin Broom Bear Sweeper (VanDelinder)

Consider the motion: I move to approve consent items G. 1-11 as submitted.

Consider the motion: I move to accept the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and results of the financial audit for fiscal year 2011 along with accompanying reports. 2. General Fund Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2013-2017

Consider the motion: I move to adopt the General Fund Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2013-2017.
3. Street Impact Fee Fund Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years

4. (Re)Appointments to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board (Kissel)

Consider the motion: I move to appoint Jenna Fallaw and reappoint Bill Bartlett,
Rebecca Gleason and Elizabeth Williamson to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory
Board.
5. Reappointment to the Pedestrian and Traffic Safety Committee (Kissel)
Consider the motion: I move to reappoint Danielle Scharff as the city representative to
the Pedestrian and Traffic Safety Committee.
6. Reappointments to the Senior Citizens' Advisory Board (Kissel) Consider the motion: I move to reappoint Norman Dreyer and Peggy Tombre to the
Senior Citizens’ Advisory Board.
