Authorize Absence of Deputy Mayor Becker Consider the motion: I move to approve the absence of Deputy Mayor Becker. F. Minutes – October 10th and November 14th, 2011 Executive Sessions, November 7th and 14th, 2011 Regular Meetings Consider the motion: I move to approve the executive session minutes of October 10th and November 14th, 2011 and the regular minutes of November 7th and November 14th, 2011 as submitted. G. Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims (LaMeres) 2. Authorize Street Department to enter into a municipal lease-to-own agreement with Merchants Capital for a 2012 Elgin Broom Bear Sweeper (VanDelinder) 3. Adopt the Library Depreciation Reserve Fund Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2013-2017 (Rosenberry) 4. Approve Resolution No. 4362, Appointing the Gallatin County Attorney to prosecute State v. Adams (TK 10 02684) in Bozeman Municipal Court (Sullivan) 9. Approve Certification of Delinquent City Assessments to Gallatin County (Neibauer) 10. Approve Beer and Wine and Liquor License Renewals for 2012 (Neibauer) 11. Reappoint Erik Nelson to the Impact Fee Advisory Committee (Kissel) Consider the motion: I move to approve consent items G. 1-11 as submitted. H. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. I. Action Items 1. Presentation of Audit on Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2011 (LaMeres) Consider the motion: I move to accept the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and results of the financial audit for fiscal year 2011 along with accompanying reports. 2. General Fund Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2013-2017 (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: I move to adopt the General Fund Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2013-2017. 3. Street Impact Fee Fund Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2013-2017 (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: I move to adopt the Street Impact Fee Fund Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2013-2017. 4. (Re)Appointments to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board (Kissel) 4 Agenda of the Bozeman City Commission, December 19, 2011 3 of 3 Consider the motion: I move to appoint Jenna Fallaw and reappoint Bill Bartlett, Rebecca Gleason and Elizabeth Williamson to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board. 5. Reappointment to the Pedestrian and Traffic Safety Committee (Kissel) Consider the motion: I move to reappoint Danielle Scharff as the city representative to the Pedestrian and Traffic Safety Committee. 6. Reappointments to the Senior Citizens' Advisory Board (Kissel) Consider the motion: I move to reappoint Norman Dreyer and Peggy Tombre to the Senior Citizens’ Advisory Board. J. FYI/Discussion K.
