COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2546
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AMENDING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2501 AND NO. 2514
RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE BY THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, OF ITS
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS (FELSKA-SOLVIE PROJECT).
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana (the "City"), by
I Resolution No. 2501 duly adopted on May 21, 1984, called a public hearing on a proposed
project (the "Project") under Title 90, Chapter 5, Part 1, Montana Code Annotated (the
"Act"), to be undertaken by Felska-Solvie, a Montana partnership (the II Borrower") , which
Project consists of acquiring land and developing, constructing, improving, equipping and
furnishing a hotel and convention center facility as described therein; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such public hearing, the City Commission on July 2, 1984,
adopted Resolution No. 2514, approving and authorizing the Project and the issuance of
industrial development revenue bonds, to be issued in the maximum aggregate face amount of
$6,750,000 as authorized by the Act; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to amend the description of the Project, as set
forth in Resolution No. 2501 and Resolution No. 2514, to properly reflect the scope of the
Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, as follows:
Section 1
I 1- The description of the Project as contained in Resolution No. 2501 and Resolution No.
2514 is hereby amended to provide that said hotel and convention center facility, as
otherwise described in said Resolutions, shall encompass an area of approximately 90,000
square feet, including 120 guest rooms, 7,000 square feet of meeting room space and a
banquet faci lity capable of seating 500 persons.
2. All other recitals and findings contained in Resolution No. 2501 and Resolution No. 2514
remain in full force and effect.
Sect ion 2
1. To the extent referred to in Section 1, above, Resolution No. 2501 and Resolution No.
2514 are hereby amended.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Commission of Bozeman, Montana, this 4th day of
March 1984.
