The City of Bozeman, 411 East Main Street, Bozeman, Montana, 59771-1230, in
consideration of the sum of$3,369.07,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,
sell, transfer and deliver to Bridgeband Communications the following:
One (1) Air Rover Air Conditioning System
The City ofBozeman does hereby covenant with Bridgeband Communications it is the lawful
owner of the air conditioning system,has the right to sell or transfer said air conditioning system and
that the air conditioning system is free from all encumbrances. The air conditioning system is sold
"as is" with no express or implied warranties.

COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3586
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, DECLARING IT TO BE THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
TO SELL A CERTAIN SURPLUS ITEM FROM THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
DIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman has acquired a new air conditioner for the Information
Technology Division that conflicts with the main ventilation system in the Professional Building; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman has no other need for the air conditioner; and
WHEREAS,Section 7-8-4201, Montana CodeAnnotated,grants the Cityof Bozeman the power
to dispose of any property belonging to the City by adoption of a resolution passed by two-thirds vote of
all members of the Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City has received an offer to purchase the air conditioner for the full purchase
price.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana:
Section 1
That it is hereby declared to be in the best interests of the City of Bozeman to sell the Air Rover
air conditioning system to BridgeBand Communication for the purchase price of$3,369.07, which is the
amount paid by the City of Bozeman for said system.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a
regular session thereof held on the 7th day of April 2003.
