* A request for modification of an approved Planned Unit Development to allow a multi-tenant
listing sign instead of the originally approved complex and address listing sign for the proposed
low profile signs.

modifications, and related site improvements.

* An Informal Application for advice and comment on the construction of an 11 unit apartment
complex within the Haggerty Lane Cottages Development.

South of Kagy Boulevard, east of South 19th Avenue,west of South 11th Avenue
* An Informal Application for advice and comment on the proposed Master Site Plan and
development of—127 acres of the Residential Emphasis Mixed Use (REMU)zoning district as
well as the development proposed with phase 1 and related site improvements. (Final week
review.)
