meeting start time to Noon on December 19th and Cancel the City Commission meetings on (Tuesdays) December 27th and January 3rd due to the winter holidays (Ulmen)

Adopt the Building Inspection Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2013-2017 (Rosenberry)
