ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER ITEM 2. PUBLIC COMMENT • {Limited to any public matter, within the jurisdiction of the Development Review Committee, not on this agenda. Three minute time limit per speaker.} • Individual items will have a public comment period at the end of Committee discussion. ITEM 3. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Bozeman Gateway Signage Relaxation MODS TO PUD 4Z-11276 (Krueger/Murray) 2880 Technology Boulevard West * A request for modification of an approved Planned Unit Development to allow a multi- tenant listing sign instead of the originally approved complex and address listing sign for the proposed low profile signs. (First of a two week review.) 2. Brown Building Change in Use/COA/DEV 4Z-11288 (Thorpe/Johnson) 600 North Wallace Avenue * A Change in Use with a Certificate of Appropriateness and a Deviation Application to allow the use of 1,785 square feet of the building as a restaurant which exceeds the allowable 1,500 sq. ft. in the HMU District. It also includes the construction of an entry addition, window modifications, and related site improvements. ITEM 4. INFORMAL REVIEW 1. South University District Master Plan and Phase I Informal 1141-11024 (Krueger/Johnson) South of Kagy Boulevard, east of South 191'Avenue, west of South 111'Avenue * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the proposed Master Site Plan and development of—127 acres of the Residential Emphasis Mixed Use(REMU) zoning district as well as the development proposed with phase 1 and related site improvements. (Second of a two week review.) 2. East Cottonwood Street Warehouse Renovation Informal 41-11025 (Kramer/Johnson) 725East Cottonwood Street * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the renovation of the existing warehouse structure for use as offices, retail, and light manufacturing as well as the construction of a dock and stairs along the south side of the building.
