COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2560
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE
MONTANA CASH ANTICIPATION FINANCING PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA (the Participant), as follows:
Section 1
The Montana Economic Development Board (the Board) proposes to purchase
Notes from qualified local government units. pursuant to its Cash Anticipation
Financing Program, to finance accumulated cash flow deficits of such local gov-
ernments. A form of Participation Agreement has been presented to and reviewed
by this board.
Section 2
The Participant is hereby authorized to participate in the Program and to
issue and sell Notes to the Board pursuant to the Program for the purpose of finan-
cing estimated accumulated cash flow deficits. The form of the Participation Ag-
reement is hereby approved and the Acting City Manager is hereby authorized to

execute the same on behalf of the Participant with such additions and corrections
thereto as may be approved by the Acting City Manager and the Participant's legal

PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN , MONTANA, this 8th day of July , 1985.

of the City of Bozeman, hereby certifies that the foregoing is a true and correct
copy of a Resolution duly and validly adopted by the City Commission at a meeting
