SUBJECT: Formally change City Commission meeting start time to Noon on
December 19th and Cancel the City Commission meetings on (Tuesdays)
December 27th and January 3rd due to the winter holidays.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve changing the City Commission meeting start time to Noon
on December 19th and Cancel the City Commission meetings on (Tuesdays) December 27th and January 3rd due to the winter holidays
BACKGROUND: Previous direction from the City Commission indicated a preference to
change the start time of the December 19th meeting and cancel the Tuesday meetings.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
