SUBJECT: Approval for a Wine License for Old Hatchery Winery LLC to sell Wine
at 2711 W College St.
MEETING DATE: November 28, 2011
RECOMMENDATION: Approval for Old Hatchery Winery LLC to sell Wine at 2711 W
College St. They have been approved by the State of Montana and the license (#97-999-W977-
260) which will expire 06/30/2012.
BACKGROUND: The City Commission may license premises to sell liquor (Bozeman
Municipal Code 4.03.020). The applicant has a license from the Montana Liquor Control Board
(#97-999-W977-260).
FISCAL EFFECTS: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
