COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2563
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, APPOINTING AN ACTING DIRECTOR OF FINANCE FOR THE
PURPOSE OF COMPLETING THE PROCESS AND BOND REGISTRATION FOR
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 647.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, did on the 1 st day
I of April 1985 pass Commission Resolution No. 2550, creating Special Improvement District No.
647; and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of April 1985, Dain Bosworth, Inc., Denver, Colorado,
agreed to purchase the bonds to be issued by said District; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, did on the 8th day
of July 1985 pass Commission Resolution No. 2561 relating to the $900,000.00 Special
Improvement District No. 647 bond issue, prescribing the form and terms and the covenants
of the City for the payment thereof; and
WHEREAS, within said Commission Resolution No. 2563 the City Commission appointed
the Director of Finance to perform certain duties;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, that City Manager James E. Wysocki be appointed as Acting Director of Finance for
the City of Bozeman, Montana, for the purposes of performing the duties required by
Commission Resolution No. 2561. This appointment shall continue until the position of
Director of Finance has been duly filled, at which time the Director of Finance shall assume
said duties.
I PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, this
8th day of July 1985.

Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said
City, in the issue dated the 11th day of July 1985, and due proof of such publication is on
file in my office.
