A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, ADJUSTING THE BUDGET
FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT, CONTRACT
NO. MT-CDBG-S84-H02.
WHEREAS, on April 15, 1985 the City Commission
authorized the execution of Community Development Block
Grant Contract No. MT-CDBG-S84-H02: and
WHEREAS, Attachment B to the contract, entitled Project
Budget, contained the following two line items in the
activity category of the budget:
Rehabilitation
Water Line Rehabilitation
$340,000
$ 75,815
WHEREAS, the City Commission has advertised for bids
for the water line rehabilitation and said bids have
exceeded the preliminary estimate for water line
rehabilitation as reflected in the Project Budget: and
WHEREAS, paragraph 3 of the contract specifically
authorizes the City of Bozeman to make adjustments between
line items of the CDBG portion of Attachment B, in a total
amount not to exceed five percent (5%) of the total contract
amount, without prior written approval from the State so
long as such transfers are within either the administration
or the activity category:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1
That, in accordance with paragraph 3 of the CDBG
Contract No. MT-CDBG-S84-H02, the following two line items
in the activity category of Attachment B, Project Budget,
are hereby amended as follows:
