COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2571
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, TO SUBMIT TO THE ELECTORATE OF
SAID CITY A LEASE OR LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR
THE ACQUISITION OF A LADDER TRUCK FOR THE FIRE
DIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman needs to purchase a ladder truck to enable
the Fire Division to provide adequate service; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman does not have the financial resources avai 1-
able to enter into a purchase agreement needed to acquire the fire truck;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Sect ion 1
That the question of authorizing a special voted mill levy to provide suf-
ficient funds for the purchase of a ladder truck for the Fire Division be placed
on the ballot for the General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 1985,
as follows:

Authorizing the City of Bozeman to levy up
to eight (8) mills for each of the next two
FOR (2) years for the purpose of entering into a
purchase agreement for one ladder truck for
the Fi re Division.

Authorizing the City of Bozeman to levy up
to eight (8) mills for each of the next two
AGAI NST (2) years for the purpose of entering into a
purchase agreement for one ladder truck for
the Fire Division.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, at a regular meeting thereof held on the
9th day of September
1985.
