COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2588
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO RECERTIFY TO THE
GALLATIN COUNTY TREASURER THOSE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS RE-
LEVIED AND REASSESSED BY PRIOR COMMISSION ACTION AND
SUBSEQUENTLY CERTI FlED TO THE GALLATIN COUNTY TREASURER
AS DELINQUENT IN 1982, 1983, OR 1984.
WHEREAS, the City Commission relevied and corrected the assessments for Special
Improvement District No. 615 in November 1985; and
WHEREAS, such relevy and assessment correction resulted in an increased assesss-
ment for property within those districts; and
WHEREAS, the relevy and assessment correction was not reflected in assessment no-
tices issued prior to November 1, 1985; and, as a result, special assessments certified to
the Ga Ilatin County T reasu rer on December 13, 1982; December 9, 1983; and December 10,
1984 no longer reflect the correct assessments as relevied;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
That the Di rector of Finance be, and he is hereby di rected, in accordance with

Section 7-12-4183, M.C.A., to recertify to the Clerk and Recorder and the County
Treasurer of Gallatin County the delinquent assessments for Special Improvement District
No. 615 as set forth in Schedu Ie II A II attached hereto and made a pa rt hereof, in order to

correct the assessment amounts which were previously certified to the Clerk and Recorder
and the County Treasurer of Gallatin County.

PASSED AN D ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana,
at a regular session thereof held on the 16th day of December 1985.

CERTIFICATE OF DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
I, Mi ral D. Gamradt, the duly appointed, qualified and acting as Di rector of
Finance of the City of Bozeman, Montana, do hereby certify that the attached schedule
marked Schedule "A" and made a part of Commission Resolution No. 2588, is a true and
correct list of all delinquent special assessments and subsequent installments of special as-
sessments due and owing the City of Bozeman as of November 30, 1985, at 5: 00 p. m., as
reassessed.
That this certificate and Schedule "A" attached hereto are made pursuant to and in
conformance with Chapter 2.32 of the Bozeman Municipal Code of the City of Bozeman,
Montana.
