COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2590
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE
WORKERS' COMPENSATION PROGRAM OF THE MONTANA LEAGUE
OF CITIES AND TOWNS INSURANCE TRUST.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman has experienced continued increased costs of Wor-
kers' Compensation coverage; and
WHEREAS, based upon the estimated initial premiums and the long-range pro-
jected savings, it appears that cost savings can be realized by pa rticipation in the
Workers' Compensation Risk Protection Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman:
1. To authorize participation in the League program effective January 1986.
2. To cancel the City's coverage with the State Compensation Fund as of Janu-
a ry 1 986 .
3. To authorize the City Manager to execute the Participation Agreement and
the Notice of I ntent Form.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regu-,
Jar meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of December 1985.
