This Agreement isentered into by the City of Bozeman ("the Cdv^). 121 North Rouse Avenue, Bozeman,
Montana 58771, and Public Sector Personnel Consultants (PSPC) 1215 West Rio Salado Parkway Suite
1OS. Tempe, Arizona 85281.
This Agreement is for PSPC to conduct a compensation study update for selected employee groups and serves
ho amend the February 2Q1Oagreement.
A. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

- Provision of an employee questionnaire to collect Teamster occupational job data
- Review of employee submittals and recommended classification of AFSCME positions
- Preparation of updated Teamster job descriptions for proposed titles, if desired ($80 each)
' Solicitation of agency pay plans from City's selected comparator public employers

Confirmation nf jobs to include |n survey, phone discussion on past practices (ent 30 titles)
- Follow-up contact with comparator respondents to ensure correct job matching
- Update of EZCOMP rM application via input of current salary survey data from sources
- Inclusion of private sector market data for applicable benchmark occupations
- Calculation of City's salary practice variance, if any, to prevailing rates by benchmark job
- Development of multiple alternative pay grades and pay structures for each job class
Calculation of fiscal impact based on range assignments and various in-range scenarios
Phone/fax/email review uf draft survey and salary range assignments with HR Director
Preparation of final report describing survey update findings and recommendations

Provision of updated EZCOMP rM application for use in budgeting fiscal estimates
Continued plan implementation and salary range assignment support, 1 year, no cost
B. CON 7RAC T TIME ES TIMATE
The City and PSPCw/iN partner to complete the study within 80 days of authorization to proceed,
C. CONTRACT COST ESTIMATE
We estimate that the total contract amount, including all fees for professional services and reimbursement
for out-of-pocket expenses, will not exceed$6,500, Additional services can be added for$Y50 per hour
ur on-site visits and presentations for expenses, not hoexceed$Y'5D0 and only at the City's requout
D. CONTRACT BILLING AND PAYMENT
We do not require any advance payments, and will provide the City with monthly invoices for the
professional services provided and out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the month. We request that
the City pay the invoices within thirty (30) days of their receipt.
