COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2593
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION TO THE MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman is applying to the Montana
Department of Commerce for a Community Development Block Grant to
establish a revolving loan fund and for the purpose of encour-
aging business development;
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman has conducted at least two
public hearings as part of the application process to solicit and
consider citizen comments on community development needs and pro-
posed activities to respond to them; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman agrees to conform with the ~
regulations, statutes, terms and conditions described in the CDBG
Statement of Assurances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN THAT:
The Mayor is authorized to submit this application to the
Montana Department of Commerce, on behalf of the City, to act on
behalf of the City and to provide such additional information as
may be required.
