Kainz Brewery & Grill Informal 41-11021 (Riley/Johnson) 955 Story Mill Road * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the annexation of the property with a proposed zoning designation of M-1 (Light Manufacturing District),renovations to the existing building for use as a brewery/grill with outdoor seating, the construction of an addition, and related site improvements.
