COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2594
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, STIPULATING THE USE OF ANTICIPATED PROGRAM INCOME
FROM THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman will be administering an Econ-
omic Development Project under the Community Development Block
Grant Program;
WHEREAS, program income in the approximate amount of
$300,000 is anticipated over a fifteen (15) year period; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bozeman is com- ~
mitted to address the community development needs of the City of
Bozeman.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN THAT:
Anticipated program income shall be combined with the income
generated from the 1984 C.D.B.G. Housing and Neighborhood Revit-
alization Project and shall be utilized to further the Community
Development activities within the City of Bozeman.
All activities undertaken with those funds will meet the
requirements established in Attachement E of the OMB Circular A-
102 and other requirements as may be established by the Montana
Department of Commerce in the Grant Agreement.
