COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2596
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
REVISING CEMETERY FEES.
WHEREAS, the Bozeman City Commission on April -1,
1986, did enact Ordinance No.
1200
providing for a
Cemetery Advisory Board, management and control of Sunset
Hills Cemetery; and
WHEREAS, said ordinance is codified as Chapter 2
of the Bozeman Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, said chapter requires the Cemetery Board to
review and recommend fees to be established for the sale of
cemetery lots and other activities; and
WHEREAS, the Cemetery Board reviewed the current fee
structure and recommends a new revised schedule of fees be
adopted by the City Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission
of the City of Bozeman, Montana:

The following schedule of fees shall be effective for
the sale of cemetery lots and other activities as of
