1. Call to Order
II. Approval of minutes
a. September 2011.

a. Board members should disclose information or discussions they have had regarding a
board relation topic.
IV. Public Comment
a. Any member of the public interested in commenting on matters that relate to the Board's
jurisdiction that is not an action item on the agenda.
V. Beautification Award Items
a. Frame all Beautification Award certificates for award ceremony Thursday, November 3rd
at 7 p.m., Beall Park Center
b. Make sure presentations of each award are assigned to a board member.
VI. Action Items
a. Vote whether or not to have an additional November 2011 meeting and/or December
2011 meeting. Motion and vote
