A. Call to Order - 7:00 p.m. - Madison Conference Room, Bozeman City Hall, 121 N. Rouse (2nd floor)
B. Minutes - September 8, 2011
*Consider a motion approving minutes of the September 8, 2011 INC meetings as submitted.
C. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record.
This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the City of
Bozeman's Inter - Neighborhood Council. Please limit your comments to three (3) minutes.
D. Neighborhood Police Activity Report (Lt. Mark Johnson /Sgt. Travis Munter - Police Department's
Support Services Division)
E. Neighborhood Fire Activity Report (Fire Chief Jason Shrauger - Fire Department)
F. Special Guest & Presentation
1. Hattie Baker from Sustainable Planet Solutions and Jon Shafer from PowerHo use - To
discuss weatherization tips. PowerHouse is a home performance contracting company
which provides full home performance evaluations and full circle implementation services.
G. Discussion Items
1. INC to co- sponsor a City Commission Candidate Forum with League of Women Voters
on Thursday, October 20th at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Meeting Room, City Hall
(Bristor)
2. State of Neighborhoods Address to Commission, tentatively scheduled for December
12th with materials due December 1st- Review of past year's agendas to develop a list of
INC priorities and concerns to relay to the Commission (all)

1. Comments, if any, on recently received development applications (Bristor)
2. Other discussion items for future agendas per Council's request
