A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, EXPRESSING ITS SUPPORT OF ALL
EFFORTS TO HAVE THE BOZEMAN AREA DESIGNATED AS AN
OFFICIAL UNITED STATES SKI TEAM AND UNITED STATES
BIATHLON TEAM TRAINING CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman recognizes the importance of its
proximity to Calgary and the 1988 Winter OlympicsJ and
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman recognizes its status as host of
the 1987 United States Masters Nordic Ski Championships and
numerous past and future high caliber nordic ski eventsJ
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
That the City of Bozeman endorses all efforts to have the
Bozeman area designated as an official United States Ski Team and
United States Biathlon Team Training Center.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, at a regular session held thereof on the
