ONE WEEK REVIEW Maneey Road Industrial Place Mods to FSP /COA 4Z -08187 (Riley /Johnson) 795 & 815 Manley Road * A request to modify an approved Final Site Plan to extend the approval for an additional year and to amend the phasing plan to include temporary, outdoor gardening plots (leasable) and a greenhouse area in Phase 3 of the development. 2. Aspen Park MaSub Prel. Plat 4P -07027 (Skelton/Murray) 3900 South 19 Avenue * A request for a one year extension of the preliminary plat approval. 3. Valley West /Babcock (Whisper Rock) Condos Extension MODS 4Z -06283 (Bristor /Heaston) 4239 & 4243 West Babcock Street * A request to modify an approved Final Site Plan to grant an extension of the approval as well as allow the construction of the 2 nd structure (5 -plex) with related site improvements. Creek Side Cafe Informal 41 -11017 (Bristor /Heaston) 317 East Mendenhall Street * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the use of an existing structure as a cafe and the installation of outdoor seating with related site improvements. 2. South University District Phase I Informal 41 -11018 (Krueger /Johnson) South of Kagy Boulevard, east of South 19 Avenue, west of South l l Avenue * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the proposed development of —12 acres designated as Phase 1 of the Residential Emphasis Mixed Use (REMU) zoning district and the construction of a 484 resident, group living project within seven buildings with associated accessory buildings and related site improvements.
