COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2626
1986 MONTANA CDBG PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman is applying to the Montana
Department of Commerce for a Community Development Block Grant to
assist in furthering attraction to the Museum of the Rockies by
purchasing equipment for the new planetarium which will be
equipped like only four others nationally.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman has conducted at least two
public hearings as part of the application process to solicit and
consider citizen comments on community development needs and pro-
posed activities to respond to them, therefore be it resolved:
That the City of Bozeman agrees to conform with the
regulations, statutes, terms and conditions described in the CDBG
Statement of Assurances, and
.
That Jim Wysocki, City Manager, is authorized to submit this
application to the Montana Department of Commerce, on behalf of
the City of Bozeman to act on behalf of the City of Bozeman and
to provide such additional information as may be required.
