Special Firefighting Procedure: Burning will produce toxic fumes. Wear self-contained breathing

fire by water flooding.

VIII. PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFE HANDLING
For general personal hygiene, wash hands thoroughly after handling material. Avoid contact with skin and
eyes.
IX. PROTECTION AND CONTROL MEASURES
Protective Equipment: Impermeable gloves, splash goggles, eye wash and safety shower.
Respiratory Protection: If overheated, use approved respiratory protective equipment.
Ventilation: Local exhaust and mechanical recommended.
X. EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES
Eye Contact: Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes. Call a physician if irritation develops.
Skin Contact: Wash skin with soap and water.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Give artificial respiration or oxygen if necessary.
Ingestion: Not expected to be a problem if ingested. Call physician if physical discomfort occurs.

Environmental Impact: Report spills as required to appropriate authorities. U. S. Coast Guard regulations
require immediate reporting of spills that could reach any waterway including intermittent dry creeks.

Procedures if Material is Released or Spilled: Absorb on fire retardant treated sawdust, diatomaceous
earth, etc. Shovel up and dispose of at an appropriate waste disposal facility in accordance with current
applicable laws and regulations, and product characteristics at time of disposal.
Waste Management: Dissolve waste in a solvent and dispose by supervised incineration in compliance
with applicable laws and regulations.
Toxic Substance Inventory Control Act: All components are included on the TSCA Inventory and are in
compliance with the TSCA.
