COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2645
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF AN AP-
PLICATION TO THE STATE OF MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF
COMMERCE FOR COMMUN ITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
MONIES.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman is applying to the Montana Department of
Commerce for a Community Development Block Grant to assist in furthering the
relocation and expansion of Schnee's Boot Works, which will benefit the local
economy; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman has conducted at least two public hear-
ings as part of the application process to solicit and consider citizen comments
on community development needs and proposed activities to respond to them.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City
of Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1
That the City of Bozeman agrees to conform with the regulations, stat-
utes, terms and conditions described in the CDBG Statement of Assurances.
Section 2
That James E. Wysocki, City Manager, is authorized to submit this applica-

tion to the Montana Department of Commerce, on behalf of the City of Bozeman

to act on behalf of the City of Bozeman and to provide such additional informa-
tion as may be required.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the 12th day of January 1987.
