RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Public Street and Utility
Easement
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the Public Street and Utility Easement for the above
referenced project. The easement is for the construction of North 25th Avenue from Oak Street
to Tschache Lane. This was a requirement of final site plan approval. Engineering staff has
reviewed the documents and found them to be acceptable.

ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the Commission
