requested by the owner and applicant, Paul Christenot, Representative for Orville Christenot
RLT, 2400 Durston Road, #68, Bozeman, MT 59718, and representative, Madison
Engineering, Chris Budeski, 895 Technology Boulevard, Suite 203, Bozeman, MT 59718,
requesting to allow the establishment of the initial zoning classification of R-4 (Residential
High Density District) contingent upon annexation of 6.663 acres generally located at 5200
Durston Road, and legally described as a portion of Lot 6 in Smith Subdivision, Gallatin
County, Montana. (Riley)
