1. Meet City Staff at City Hall, 121 North Rouse Ave., east parking lot off of Rouse
Avenue @ 5:45 p.m.
ITEM 2. Water Reclamation Facility, 255 Moss Bridge Road.
1. Visit major facility to understand operation and construction prior to beginning
the Impact Fee Study updates. Tour led by Tom Adams, Superintendent,
estimated 1 hour duration.
ITEM 3. Fire Station #3, 1705 Vaquero Drive.
1. Visit major facility to understand operation and construction prior to beginning
the Impact Fee Study updates. Tour led by Keith Johnson, Shift Captain,
estimated 1 hour duration.
