Mehl) Authorize City Manager to sign a four year agreement with the Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter for the purpose of impounding and caring for animals found in violation of City of Bozeman Ordinances (Johnson) Approve Resolution No. 4324, Annexing 0.37 acres known as the Brandner Annexation, Application No. A-10009 and authorize the City Manager to sign supporting Annexation Agreement (Skelton) Approve Justice Assistance Grant Application to the Bureau of Justice in the amount of $17,888 for the Purchase of Patrol Rifles and Accessories (Stocks) Accept the Building Division Monthly Report for June 2011 (Risk) Provisionally Adopt Ordinance No. 1813, Implementing prior action on Zone Map Amendment Z-1009, establishing a Zoning Designation of R-1 with Annexation of the Brandner Property (Skelton) *Consider a motion approving Consent Items D. 1-8. Mayoral Proclamation – Skylehr Stiles Appreciation Day, July 24, 2011 (Presented by Brittany Wiser, Miss Montana, USA) Action Items Santa Fe Red’s Public hearing for Certificate of Appropriateness with Deviation Sign application no. Z-11130, for property at 211 East Main St. (Bristor) Consider the motion: Having reviewed the application materials, considered public comment and considered all of the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for Z-11130 and move to approve Certificate of Appropriateness with Deviation application Z-11130 to install three new signs at 211 East Main Street, hereby incorporating by reference the findings in the staff report with conditions subject to all applicable code provisions. Request from the Community Affordable Housing Advisory Board to authorize expenditure of recycled Community Development Block Grant funds for an Affordable Housing Needs Assessment (McHarg & Tracy Menuez, Community Affordable Housing Advisory Board) Consider the motion: I move to approve the use of recycled CDBG funds for an updated affordable housing needs assessment per the scope outlined by CAHAB and Staff. Provisionally Adopt Ordinance No. 1814, Amending the Work Force Housing Program, Chapter 17.02 Bozeman Municipal Code, to Defer the Applicability of the Program for a Period of One Year (McHarg) Consider the motion: Having heard and considered public testimony and the materials presented in the packet, I hereby move to provisionally adopt Ordinance 1814 amending Chapter 17.02 of the Bozeman Municipal Code.   Reappointments to the Community Alcohol Coalition (Kissel) Consider the motion: I move to reappoint David McManis and Jason Karls to the Community Alcohol Coalition. Reappointment to the Library Board of Trustees (Kissel) Consider a motion confirming the Mayor’s reappointment: I move to confirm the Mayoral reappointment of Ron Farmer to the Library Board Of Trustees.
