Re: Recovery from Mental Illness 11-2037P
To Penny Moon:
We are writing a letter of support for the Gallatin Mental Health’s proposal to
continue and enhance drop-in-center services and continue the supported
employment program. As you are aware, the Open Arms Drop-in-center opened
doors approximately 3 years ago and has consistently been one of the highest
utilized drop-in-centers in Montana and continued support of this program is vital
for Gallatin County. In addition, the Gallatin Mental Health Center is piloting an
evidenced based supported employment program that needs financial support to
continue. By supporting these two programs they will continue to provide much
needed services to individuals with severe and chronic mental illness and benefit
our community tremendously.
Sincerely,
Bozeman City Commission
