WHEREAS, Skylehr Stiles is a passionate and talented
aSpecial Olympics Athlete who is always ready to cheer on and
encourage other athletes; and

WHEREAS Skylehr Stiles has inspired and befriended
f; numerous people to reach for their goals; and
` WHEREAS, Skylehr Stiles has overcome intellectual
disabilities to handle his finances, keep a steady job, handle

transportation, travel out of state alone and s p � end time p
' volunteering within the community; and

WHEREAS, Skylehr Stiles won the prestigious National
Independent Living Skills Award in recognition of his
numerous accomplishments; and
WHEREAS, Skylehr Stiles is an inspiration for people with
intellectual disabilities to strive to live independently.
NOW THEREFORE, I, Jeffrey K. Krauss, Mayor of the City
of Bozeman, Montana do hereby proclaim July 24, 2011,
