COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3432
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR COPIES OF MAPS OR DIGITAL
INFORMA TION PROVIDED BY CITY EMPLOYEES AT THE REOUEST OF AN
INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANIZATION.
WHEREAS, members of the public and organizations often request copies of maps and
other information from the City of Bozeman; and
WHEREAS, these requests are for paper or digital format; and
WHEREAS, the costs in provided these services included but are not limited: paper,
copier
supplies, maintenance costs, and staff time; and
WHEREAS, the fairest method of paying these costs is to charge those who have
requested the service; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, that the fees for copies of maps and other digital data requested by the
public and
organizations shall be as follows:

FOR THOSE REQUESTS WHERE OTHER COPYING SERVICES ARE REQUIRED
The fee shall
be the actual cost of those services plus an
administrative charge of $.50 per page
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at
a regular session thereof held on the 26th day of March 2001.
