J une, 201 by and between the City of Bozeman Montana hereinafter referred to as the
"Employer", and the Association International of Firefighters Local 613, hereinafter referred to
as the "Union".
WHEREAS, paragraph A of Addendum A reads as follows:
A. Monthly salary rates effective July 1, 2008, July 1, 2009 and July 1, 2010, and July 1
2011. Full time employees will be paid an 2 monthly basis. Wages paid will be carried
out to 4 decimal places.

Note: The City agrees to pay $35 per month to each member of the bargaining unit who
is a certified Basic EMT, The above salary schedule has been increased to compensate
members for this certification,
(1) This pay plan shall not apply to Uniformed Day Personnel vacancies filled via external
recruitment. Vacancies filled in this manner will be subject to the policies contained in
the City's Employee Handbook,
WHEREAS, the parties have opened with negotiations limited to base salary only; and
WHEREAS the parties have agreed that there will be no change in the base salaries
shown in paragraph A of Appendix A for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011.
THEREFORE the Parties mutually agree that paragraph A of Addendum A shall be modified to
read as follows:

The provisions of Addendum A Paragraphs B through F will remain unchanged,
