RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Water and Sewer Easement
and the Release and Reconveyance of Easement(s)
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of a Water and Sewer Easement and Release and
Reconveyance of Easement(s) for the above referenced project. The applicant needs to shift the
existing easement by two feet. This necessitates releasing the two foot strip back to the property
owner and granting a new easement in the revised location. Engineering staff has reviewed the
documents and found them to be acceptable.
