*Consider a motion authorizing the absence of Commissioner Carson Taylor.

Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims (LaMeres)
Authorize City Manager To Sign J & D Family Subdivision Street Lighting Easement (Murray)
Approve the Building Division Monthly Report for April 2011 (Driscoll)
Approve the Depository Bonds and Pledged Securities as of March 31, 2011 (Clark)
Approve Resolution No. 4315, authorizing City Manager to sign Change Order No. 2 for the College / Huffine Pathway (Dingman)
*Consider a motion approving consent items E. 1-5 as listed above.
Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of
the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
Action Items
Election Process Determination for 2011 City of Bozeman Elections (Ulmen)
*Consider a Mail Ballot Election or a Polling Place Election for the 2011 Elections.
AND
If it is determined by the City Commission that a Mail Ballot Election is the best option, consider funding return postage costs.
AND
Direct Staff to draft a Resolution notifying the Gallatin County Election Administrator of
the City’s desire to conduct the 2011 City Primary (If held) and the 2011 General Election by the process determined by the Commission on the Consent Agenda on May 23rd, 2011.
Provisional Adoption of Ordinance No. 1807, Amending the Commission's Rules of Procedure, Bozeman Municipal Code Chapter 2.04 (Sullivan)
*Consider a motion Provisionally Adopting Ordinance No. 1807, amending the Commission’s rules of procedure, BMC Chapter 2.04.
Appointment to the Economic Development Council (Kissel) materials updated 5-16-11
*Consider a motion appointing one new member to the Economic Development Council.
(Re)Appointment to the Police Commission (Kissel)
*Consider a motion confirming the City Manager’s re-appointment to the Police Commission.

1. There will not be a City Commission meeting on Monday, March 30th as the Commission does not meet the fifth Monday of the month.
