SUBJECT: J&D Family Subdivision Street Lighting Easement
MEETING DATE: May 16th, 2011

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Street Lighting Easement
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the Street Lighting Easement for the above
referenced project. There is a high pressure gas line in the boulevard where the street lights
would normally be installed. Due to this, it is necessary to install the lights behind the sidewalk
on private property. As such the easement is necessary for installation and future maintenance.
Engineering staff has reviewed the documents and found them to be acceptable.
