COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3455
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, ESTABLISHING RESIDENTIAL, EMPLOYEE AND VISITOR PARKING
PERMIT FEES AND PERMIT TRANSFER FEES FOR THE BOZEMAN SENIOR HIGH
SCHOOL RESIDENTIAL ON-STREET PARKING PERMIT REGULATION PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Commission did, on the 23rd day of July 2001, adopt Ordinance
No.
1542, establishing the Bozeman Senior High School Residential On. Street Parking
Permit Regulation
Program; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1542 provides for residential parking permit fees to be
established by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana:
Section 1
Residential permits shall be issued for a permit year beginning August 1. The annual
fee
for each residential permit shall be $10.00.
The fee for each residential permit purchased after
February 1 of the permit year shall be $5.00.
Section 2
Visitor permits shall be issued for a permit year beginning August 1. The annual
fee for
each visitor permit shall be $5.00. The fee for each visitor permit purchased after
February 1 of
the permit year shall be $2.50.
Section 3
Employee permits shall be issued for a permit year beginning August 1. The annual
fee
for each employee permit shall be $10.00.
The fee for each employee permit purchased after
February 1 of the permit year shall be $5.00.
Section 4
The fee for replacement of mutilated, stolen, or lost permits shall be $10.00 for
residential
and employee permits and $5.00 for visitor permits.
Section 5
The fee for transfer of a permit shall be $1.00 for each permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at
a regular session thereof held on the 23rd day of July, 2001.
