Pledge of Allegiance and a Moment of Silence C. Changes to the Agenda D. Minutes – March 7, 2011 *Consider a motion approving the minutes of March 7, 2011 as submitted. E. Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Claims (LaMeres) 2. Authorize City Manager to sign Award of Bid to Associated Pool Builders for Replacement of the filter system at Bogert Pool (McCarthy) 3. Authorize City Manager to sign 2011 Water Renovations Project Notice of Award (Murray) 4. Ratify Buttrey's Solvent Site Cost Recovery Payment of $6,299.46 (Cooper) 5. Approve the Building Division Monthly Report for March 2011 (Risk) *Consider a motion approving consent items E. 1-5 as listed. F. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. Appointments to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board (Kissel) April 18, 2011 City Commission Agenda 2 of 2 *Consider a motion appointing one new at-large member to the Bicycle Advisory Board. AND *Consider a motion appointing one new County representative to the Bicycle Advisory Board. 2. Appointment to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board (Kissel) *Consider a motion appointing one new student member to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board. 3. Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board and Pedestrian and Traffic Safety Committee Discussion with the Commission (Van Delinder) *Discuss topics of mutual interest. 4. Agreement with the Friends of the Story, Inc. (Kukulski) *Consider a motion authorizing the City Manager to sign an agreement with the Friends of the Story, Inc. 5. Resolution No. 4312, Revision of Story Mansion Rental and Deposit Fees (Brennan) *Consider a motion approving Resolution No. 4312, revising the Story Mansion rental and deposit fees. I.
