Provisional Adoption of Ordinance No. 1728, Amending the Bozeman Municipal Code to provide for a New Chapter for the Neighborhood Recognition Ordinance (Fontenot)
*Consider a motion provisionally adopting Ordinance No. 1728, Amending the Bozeman
Municipal Code by revising Title 2 and adding a new chapter to be numbered Chapter
2.82, providing for a new chapter for the Neighborhood Recognition Ordinance.
Resolution No. 4082, Transportation Impact Fee Study Update (Saunders)
*Give direction on policy issues.

*Consider a motion approving Resolution No. 4082, Adopting the October 31, 2007 Transportation Impact Fee Cost of Service Study Update with these adjustments, if any, with a defined
effective date.
Provisional Adoption of Ordinance No. 1730, Amendments to Chapter 3.24 Impact Fees to incorporate the Transportation Impact Fee Study (Saunders)
