SUBJECT: J&D Family Subdivision Sewer and Water Pipeline and Access Easement
and Agreement, City of Bozeman Conditional Irrevocable Offer of Dedication.
MEETING DATE: April 11, 2011

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Sewer and Water Pipeline and
Access Easement and Agreement, and the two City of Bozeman Conditional Irrevocable Offer of
Dedication forms.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the Sewer and Water Pipeline and Access Easement
and Agreement for on-site water main extensions, and two City of Bozeman Conditional
Irrevocable Offer of Dedication forms which are required for concurrent construction. One is for
the Chrysler building and the other for the GM building. Engineering staff has reviewed the
documents and found them to be acceptable.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
FISCAL EFFECTS: None
