SUBJECT: Approval for a Beer & Wine License for Community Food Co-op to sell
Beer & Wine at 44 E Main St.
MEETING DATE: April 11, 2011
RECOMMENDATION: Approval for Community Food Co-op to sell Beer & Wine at 44 E
Main St. They have been approved by the State of Montana and have not received the license
(#06-999-6393-303) which will expire 06/30/2011.
BACKGROUND: The City Commission may license premises to sell liquor (Bozeman
Municipal Code 5.52.020). The applicant has an approval letter from the Montana Liquor
Control Board (#06-999-6393-303). The license will not be issued until we have a copy of the
State license.
FISCAL EFFECTS: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
