September 7, 1995
VanDyke Irrigation Service, Inc. agrees to deliver 1500 cubic yards of 6 inch minus pit-
run gravel to the City of Bozeman Landfill located off Story Mill Road. The cost of the
gravel (delivered) shall be $5.00 per cubic yard for a total cost not to exceed $7,500. The
gravel shall be delivered before December 1, 1995, unless other arrangements have been
made with the City Landfill manager. VanDyke Irrigation shall deliver and stockpile the
gravel in an area at the landfill agreeable with the Landfill manager.
After the gravel has been delivered and stockpiled, VanDyke Irrigation shall submit a
bill for the gravel materials to the City of Bozeman Landill Department, attention Roger
Sicz.
