You are notified that the Contract Time under the above contract will commence to run
on November 14, 1996, By that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the
Contract Documents for Schedule IV. In accordance with Article 3 of the Agreement, the dates
of Substantial Completion and Final Completion are November 28, 1996 and November 28,
1996, respectively.
